i'm pretty sure hippos have a bad rep with the elephant community since the dawn of times they might have killed baby elephants when they had the chance, so this is just true avenging from the elephant society

When just existing terrifies most hippos. There’s obviously a couple with a death wish of course but most hippos see an elephant and know not to tempt fate.

The music masked the sound of nature. Instead of hearing the elephants and the hippopotamuses, we hear music. Some of the original sound leaked through. But why did our host deem music to be more important that the sounds of nature? Please stop trying to enhance nature. No one at the scene was listening to music. So it should not be foisted on the viewers.

Being an elephant basically = easy mode in one of the most ruthless animal kingdoms. Seriously, all you gotta do is possibly avoid getting eaten by lions as a baby (even then you’re usually surrounded by other adult elephants, so it’s not super likely) and you don’t have to worry about shit. You can walk wherever you please, whenever you please, and nothing other than humans can harm you. Don’t even have to worry about hunting and chasing things down because you’re an herbivore, just eat some grass or something.
